Free shipping on orders over $100
Because each item is custom-made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be created before it ships. While many orders are completed sooner, my posted turnaround time allows me to give every order the attention and quality it deserves.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Please note:
- Shipping times are in addition to the processing time and are determined by the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or other shipping issues once your package has been handed over to the carrier.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Southern Heirloom Co. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Need your order by a specific date? I’d love to help if we can! Please contact me before placing your order to discuss your deadline. While I cannot guarantee rush requests, I will do my best to accommodate them whenever possible.
