Thank you for choosing Southern Heirloom Co.! Every piece is thoughtfully created and made especially for you. Because the items are custom-made and personalized to each order, all sales are final. I am unable to accepts returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. 

I care about the quality of work and carefully inspect each order. If your order is defective or it is incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please send an email to lauren.e.frashier@gmail.com with your order number, brief description, and photos of the issue. I will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the issue.
